Job summary

• Typing/Letter Administration for outpatient letters.
• Coordinate paperwork and clinic appointments; assist with patient admissions.
• Scan Patient Records onto Trust EPR; answer phones and handle enquiries.
• Send documentation to GPs, patients and external organisations to progress patient care.
