Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial property management and building systems.
• Experience in client relationship management and service delivery.
• Ability to lead on ESG, sustainability and H&S compliance.
• Proven track record in strategic portfolio planning and operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Royal London asset manager to set strategy and engage SMEs as needed.
• Be main contact for Royal London asset managers and lead professional relationships.
• Identify client needs and discuss service revisions with JLL client relations team.
• Maintain clear understanding of client asset strategy and communicate to the team.
• Support emergency planning, business continuity, testing and monitoring.
