What You Can Expect:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Create an engaging customer experience by leading on the shop floor
• Motivate, mentor, and coach sales associates
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members
• Coordinate daily store activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
• Manage stock levels through weekly and seasonal orders
• Optimize staff scheduling for excellent customer service and cost efficiency
• Oversee stockroom storage, implementing FIFO principles
• Maintain store appearance according to visual merchandising standards
