The Range is seeking a Deputy Store Manager (Shop Floor) for our Bromborough store. You will work with the Store Manager to drive customer service, team development and commercial performance, ensuring a welcoming, well-stocked and efficiently run store.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, motivate staff, and help recruit, train and manage performance to deliver outstanding results. This role focuses on hands-on leadership and a strong customer-focused store culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs.

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Motivate, coach and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential.
• Support the delivery of strong commercial results by driving sales, labour productivity and stock control.
• Help create a high-performing, engaged and customer-focused team culture.
• Ensure the Store is always clean, full, priced and ready to trade.
• Support effective rota planning and daily operational management.
• Conduct regular shop floor walks, identifying opportunities to improve service and sales.
• Support recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning.
• Deputise for the Store Manager when required and confidently lead the Store operation.
