Job summary

The Range in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager (Shop Floor) to be at the heart of daily store operations. You will work alongside the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, lead a motivated team and ensure a well-stocked, well-presented store that trades effectively.

You will influence, coach and develop colleagues, manage daily operations and help drive commercial performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to influence, engage and motivate others.
