Job summary

CVUK is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our flagship store on King's Road. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional retail standards and lead a team of Senior Sales and Sales Assistants to provide an outstanding customer experience.

You will maximise sales, drive performance, and support daily operations, including training on brand values, stock replenishment, merchandising, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong product understanding and market awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Comfort working with KPIs, targets, and data.
• Capable of decision-making under pressure.
• Experience with visual merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales targets.
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Sales and Sales Assistants.
• Analyse performance via KPIs to guide sales activities.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and merchandising with the Store Manager.
• Ensure health, safety, and brand standards on the shop floor.
