Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support the Store Manager, train colleagues, check displays, and work to meet and exceed sales targets.

The role offers real responsibility with a flexible 25–35 hour week, a £4 per hour premium when running the store, and comprehensive training and development opportunities within Aldi.

Responsibilities

• Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet store KPIs.
• Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation.
• Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits.
• Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained.
