Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to help drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and support the Store Manager with training and stock control.

You'll lead a fast-paced team, maximise efficiency, and uphold safety standards while aiming to meet store KPIs and targets. This role offers real responsibility and a clear route toward store management within Aldi.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Strong time management and cost control abilities.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
• Excellent customer service and compliance skills.
• Store management experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations.
• Support the Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet store KPIs.
• Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently.
• Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits.
• Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained.
