Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service in a busy retail environment. The role supports the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and helping achieve sales targets.

You will lead in-store operations, manage stock, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards while maintaining high customer service levels. A rewarding stepping stone to store management is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run the store in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Support Store Manager to boost employee engagement and meet KPIs.
• Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently.
• Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits.
• Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained.
