Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service, while improving operational efficiency. You will support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets.

This role offers real responsibility and is a stepping stone toward a store management position. You will run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, supervise staff, monitor stock, and ensure health

• Oversee till cashing up and safe deposits.
• Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are maintained.
