Job summary

B&M is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Warrington to support a fast-moving retail operation. You will assist the Store Manager, manage shop floor activity, and lead the team to uphold high standards and excellent customer service.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential as you cover leadership roles in the store. This is a hands-on leadership position offering opportunities for career progression.
