• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with complex needs.
• Assist the Team Manager with day-to-day operational management of the service.
• Coordinate staffing rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Lead development and review of person-centred support plans and risk assessments.
• Carry out key working tasks, including reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Line manage and develop staff, including supervision and induction.
• Monitor medication administration and safeguarding processes.
• Support continuous quality improvement and reporting.
