Job summary

First for Support LTD. in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to oversee two supported accommodation homes, guiding care for young people aged 16-21, including looked-after children and care leavers.

You will manage a team of 6 Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support, with strong leadership and effective organisational skills to promote wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people aged 16-21.
• Strong team leadership and management skills.
• Experience working with looked-after children and/or care leavers.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A person-centred approach and genuine commitment to young people's wellbeing.
