Stamford Welland Academy & The Bluecoat School is seeking a Deputy SENDCo who is enthusiastic, committed and compassionate to support SEND provision across both sites. Working with the SENDCo and teams, you will help coordinate effective provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring inclusive practice and strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Coordinate SEND provision across two school sites.
• Support strategies and interventions for students with SEND.
• Develop inclusive practice across Stamford Welland Academy and The Bluecoat School.

Responsibilities

• Work with the SENDCo and wider school teams to coordinate effective SEND provision across two sites.
• Identify individual needs and ensure appropriate support is in place.
• Contribute to development of SEND provision and strategies to remove barriers to learning.
