The Barn at Coworth Park, part of the Dorchester Collection, is seeking a Deputy Restaurant Manager to lead guest experiences at The Barn restaurant. Join a team dedicated to exceptional service, training, and a distinctive guest experience within a luxury estate.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for assisting the Deputy Restaurant Manager within The Barn restaurant, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You'll also be responsible for the welfare and moral of the team, whilst managing and delivering an effective training and development program.
• Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us every day. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you'll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
• You will develop an outstanding knowledge of the food and beverage options within The Barn, in order to communicate this with guests and the team.
• You will greet guests in a welcoming and friendly manner, ensuring repeat guests are recognized and special occasions celebrated.
