Coworth Park's The Barn invites a Deputy Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a front-of-house team in a luxury setting.

You will develop a positive coaching culture, manage bookings and guest events, and uphold the Dorchester Collection standards to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 5-star luxury environment as head of department in Food & Beverage.
• Excellent communication and customer service ethos.
• Fluent English for hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of The Barn, including team management, financial performance and guest engagement.
• Lead with a coaching approach to build strong working relationships and foster a positive culture.
• Support The Barn Restaurant Manager in planning ahead for bookings and guest requirements to ensure seamless service.

What you'll do

• Youwill be responsible foroverseeing the day to day running of The Barn,This will include team management,financial performance and guest engagement to ensure our guests receivenothing but the best experience.
• Thisis a role for a leader who wants to succeed, enjoys engaging with peopleand the art of delivering confident hospitality.
• Youwill develop a positive culture of ongoing and constant feedback in The Barn. Through taking a coaching approach, you will take the time tobuild strong working relationships with the team.
• Youwill be assisting The Barn Restaurant Manager in managing the day to dayoperations of The Barn. Youwill be required to plan ahead to ensure we are set up to deliver success,this will include looking at upcoming bookings, liaising with the relevantdepartment for any special requirements from the guest and working closelywith the team to ensure they are in a position to deliver great service tothe guest.Youwill take full ownership of any guest challenges with the aim that weresolve this immediately and recover their experience.
