Job summary

Portland Charity Group invites applications for a Deputy Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Manager to help lead and develop our PBS provision across Portland College. You will work with the PBS Manager, coordinators and teams to ensure person-centred support for learners with complex needs.

You will deliver PBS training, supervise staff, and contribute to safeguarding, risk management and service improvement through audits and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, supervising and developing staff.
• Ability to complete PBS assessments and develop behavior support plans.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Assist PBS Manager in leading PBS provision across Portland College.
• Coordinate referrals, workload, incidents and escalations.
• Manage a caseload of learners with complex needs.
• Deliver PBS training, coaching and supervision to staff.
• Provide operational leadership in absence of PBS Manager.
• Lead audits, quality improvement and data analysis.
