Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager for a client renowned for high-quality childcare. The role offers a warm, supportive environment where both children and staff thrive, with genuine opportunities to impact outcomes for young learners.

You will support EYFS implementation, oversee planning and record-keeping, and build strong partnerships with parents, local authorities, and safeguarding bodies.

Competenze

• NVQ level 3 equivalent in childcare and education.
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Understanding EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience managing a room or team in a nursery.
• Desirable but not essential: formal management qualification.

Mansioni

• Support EYFS implementation and planning.
• Oversee record-keeping and progress tracking.
• Promote partnerships with parents and carers.
• Develop relationships with local authorities and regulators.
• Assist with nursery accounts and staff/parent meetings.
• Ensure policies stay up to date.
