Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in childcare or equivalent.
• Experience managing a room or team in a nursery setting.
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS implementation and oversee planning and records.
• Promote strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Develop relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Assist with nursery accounts and budgeting.
• Prepare for staff and parent meetings and reviews.
