Qualifications

• Experience managing a room or team within a nursery setting.
• First Aid qualification is required.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Thorough safeguarding procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the EYFS in daily practice.
• Oversee planning and record-keeping for the nursery.
• Promote strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated with current childcare policy developments.
• Assist with nursery accounts and financial processes as needed.
