Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager for a private nursing home in Lancashire. You will provide clinical leadership, support the Home Manager, and ensure person-centred care for older adults.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with substantial leadership experience. The role offers 36 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with on-site duties and inclusion in ongoing training, DBS checks, and NMC fees coverage.

Salary: £23.39 per hour

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join the management team of a private nursing home. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, confident in leading a team, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered. What We’re Looking For:
