Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager for a leading care home in Woolverstone, Ipswich. You will deputise for the Home Manager, provide inspirational leadership to nursing and care teams, and ensure delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care.

You must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin, with strong governance, care planning, and the ability to work with residents with complex needs.

Qualificações

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Deputy Home Manager experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards.
• Ability to lead and deputise for the Home Manager.

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high quality clinical and pastoral care
• You will be the homes nurse expert and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills
• You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it's vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures
• Care plan development and assessments
• Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalised centred care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards
• The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams
• Good clinical skills
• Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 per annum.This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working through days from 9am-5pm.In return for our hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
