Job summary

Real Life Options is seeking a Deputy Manager in the Teesside area to support adults with learning disabilities, autistic traits, challenging behaviour and mental health needs across supported living, outreach and domiciliary care.

You will report to the Registered Locality Manager, lead teams, manage budgets and ensure high-quality person-centred support while maintaining regulatory standards. A driving licence and enhanced DBS are essential.

Qualifications

• Management experience in health, social care or independent sector.
• Experience with people, financials and budget management.
• Knowledge of legislation and standards affecting service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to deliver person-centred support.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance in allocated services.
• Drive cost-effective, innovative and high-quality service delivery.
• Travel between services and attend organisational events as required.
