Job summary
Accordia Care in Epsom, Surrey, is looking for a committed Deputy Manager to support a supported living service. You will assist the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations and help deliver outstanding care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.
The role requires experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in similar settings, Level 5 Health and Social Care qualifications, and a strong grasp of safeguarding and CQC standards. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a supported living setting, ideally with forensic mental health.
- Extensive experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Level 5 qualifications in Health and/or Social Care (Adult Care) or a commitment to achieve this.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Registered Manager in day-to-day running of the service.
- Lead and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding care.
- Ensure safeguarding, compliance and CQC requirements are met.
