Job summary

Accordia Care is seeking a committed Deputy Manager for a supported living service in Epsom, Surrey. The role supports the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding for adults with complex needs.

Working 40 hours per week in a full-time capacity, you will lead and motivate care teams, maintain compliance with CQC requirements, and drive person-centred support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a supported living setting.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Level 5 Qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or a commitment to achieve this.
• Excellent understanding of CQC requirements.
• Strong safeguarding and high care standards with leadership skills.
• Track record of leading and motivating care teams.
• Familiarity with liaising with clients about services users.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours p/w

Salary: £32,801.60

Accordia Care is looking for a committed and exceptionally driven Deputy Manager for a supported living service situated in Epsom, Surrey. This role entails supporting and assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained.

About You:

We specialise in providing person-centred care for adults with a forensic mental health background, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism to enable them to play a meaningful role within their community. You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding care to the people we support.

• Experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a supported living setting, ideally providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges.
• Extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Level 5 Qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or a commitment to achieve this.
• Excellent understanding of CQC requirements.
• A strong grasp of safeguarding, compliance and the highest care standards, ensuring a commitment to ethical and responsible care provision.
• A track record of effectively leading and motivating care teams, fostering a culture of encouragement and teamwork.
• Familiarity with liaising with clients about services users.
