REACH LTD in Slough is seeking a Deputy Manager (Learning Disability) to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, lead a dedicated team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

The role requires leadership, resilience and a commitment to safeguarding adults, with duties spanning rota management, staff development and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures to deliver excellent services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Home to deliver high quality, safe and effective care for adults with learning disabilities.
• Provide leadership and support to staff and participate in direct work with residents.
• Help manage duty rotas, including weekends and evenings, with sleep-ins and wake nights when required to ensure 24-hour staff cover.
• Attend meetings and contribute to training and development for the team.
