Job summary

Accordia Care in Epsom, Surrey, is looking for a committed Deputy Manager to support a supported living service. You will assist the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations and help deliver outstanding care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The role requires experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in similar settings, Level 5 Health and Social Care qualifications, and a strong grasp of safeguarding and CQC standards. A full UK driving licence is desirable.

Accordia Care is looking for a committed and exceptionally driven Deputy Manager for a supported living service situated in Epsom, Surrey. This role entails supporting and assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained.

You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding care to the people we support.

Requirements

• Experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a supported living setting, ideally providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges.
• Extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Level 5 Qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or a commitment to achieve this.
• Excellent understanding of CQC requirements.
• A strong grasp of safeguarding, compliance and the highest care standards, ensuring a commitment to ethical and responsible care provision.
• A track record of effectively leading and motivating care teams, fostering a culture of encouragement and teamwork.
• Familiarity with liaising with clients about services users.

• A full UK valid driving licence
• Lives within a 30-minute commute / drive to Epsom
