Job summary

Accordia Care Group in Epsom is seeking a committed Deputy Manager for a supported living service. The role supports the Registered Manager in day-to-day running, upholding high standards of care and safeguarding for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance (CQC), and drive person-centred care, with opportunities for career progression and professional training in a supportive environment.

Salary £32,801.60 per year, full-time 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a supported living setting, ideally with forensic mental health challenges.
• Extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Level 5 qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or a commitment to achieve this.
• Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding, compliance and high care standards.

• Support and assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service.
• Lead and motivate care teams to deliver outstanding care.
• Ensure the service maintains high standards of care and support, with a commitment to ethical practice.
