Job summary

Doncaster Mind is seeking a Deputy Manager for the Recovery & Complex Needs pathway. You will lead a dedicated team of practitioners and volunteers to provide safe, effective and person-centred support.

In a fast-paced environment, you will provide leadership, oversight and development across services, working with partners in health, housing, community and voluntary sectors to improve access and recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a mental health/recovery setting.
• Strong people leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, person-centred service environment.

As Deputy Manager, you'll help lead services that provide practical, emotional and coordinated support, helping people move towards greater stability, independence and recovery.
