Job summary

Doncaster Mind is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead and develop a team of practitioners and volunteers, ensuring safe, person-centred support across multiple services. The role focuses on improving recovery pathways and outcomes for individuals facing mental health and complex needs challenges in Doncaster.

You will collaborate with partners across health, housing, and community sectors to strengthen pathways and service delivery. Interviews are scheduled for 14th–16th October 2026.

Our Recovery & Complex Needs Pathway supports people facing some of life's toughest challenges, including significant mental health difficulties, housing issues, unemployment, financial hardship and social isolation.

As Deputy Manager, you'll help lead services that provide practical, emotional and coordinated support, helping people move towards greater stability, independence and recovery.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll provide leadership, oversight and support across a range of services, ensuring people receive safe, effective and person-centred support when they need it most.
