At Doncaster Mind, we believe that the right support at the right time changes what happens next.
As Deputy Manager for Early Support & Community Wellbeing, you'll help lead services that focus on prevention, early intervention and community connection, ensuring people can access support before challenges become overwhelming. Working across wellbeing, mentoring and community-based services, you'll play a key role in helping people build confidence, resilience and stronger connections within their communities.
This is more than a service management role. You'll lead and develop talented staff, volunteers and facilitators, build strong partnerships across Doncaster, and help shape services that respond to the needs of local communities.
From improving referral pathways and access to support, to driving innovation and service improvement, you'll help create meaningful change for the people we support every day.
You'll join a passionate organisation that has supported people across Doncaster for more than 47 years and is now implementing an ambitious pathway model to improve access, integration and outcomes.
Working alongside a committed leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to development, influence the future direction of services and help ensure more people can thrive, stay connected and maintain positive mental wellbeing.
Please note our interview dates for this role are 14th, 15th and 16th October 2026.
