Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead daily operations of our family-friendly entertainment centre. You will create a fun, customer-focused environment while supporting the General Manager and driving sales and profits.

You will manage teams, develop staff, and ensure high standards of service and compliance. This role suits someone with proven management experience in leisure or retail who is ambitious and ready to advance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Have experience in leading and developing large teams.

The Role

Duties

As a Deputy Manager at Tenpin, you'll ensure our customers have a great time and create a fun environment for both them and our team. You'll support the General Manager with daily operations, team development, and driving sales and profits. Your duties include:

• Manage daily operations of the centre
• Create a customer-focused culture
• Lead the team by example for effective collaboration
• Deputise for the General Manager, and support in achieving targets and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Skills You Need

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail
• Passionate about exceptional customer service
• Have experience in leading and developing large teams
• Determined, enthusiastic and patient
• Ambitious and eager to progress
