Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee daily operations in a busy leisure centre and to foster a fun, customer-focused environment for guests and staff.

You will support the General Manager, lead large teams, drive sales and ensure KPIs are met, while maintaining adherence to policies and procedures. A passion for exceptional service and leadership capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Experience leading and developing large teams.
• Ambitious and eager to progress.

Responsibilities

The Role

Duties

As a Deputy Manager at Tenpin, you'll ensure our customers have a great time and create a fun environment for both them and our team. You'll support the General Manager with daily operations, team development, and driving sales and profits. Your duties include:

• Manage daily operations of the centre
• Create a customer-focused culture
• Lead the team by example for effective collaboration
• Deputise for the General Manager, and support in achieving targets and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Skills You Need

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail
