Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd client is seeking a Deputy Manager for a busy leisure centre. You will be at the centre of the customer and team experience, taking accountability in the absence of the General Manager and supporting delivery of outstanding service.

The role emphasizes people management, coaching and development, with a clear progression path to the General Manager in Waiting programme. You will work a 40-hour week, enjoy a monthly bonus scheme, food discounts, and extensive training

Qualifications

Minimum eighteen months experience in a customer-facing management role in leisure, hospitality or retail.
Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
Passion for people, including experience of coaching and developing your team.
Ambition for success and willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor the team on shift.
Ensure the centre is a safe and enjoyable environment for customers.
Hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.
Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and run front-of-house operations.
Deliver financial targets and service standards.
