Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting for a Deputy Manager for our client, a busy leisure centre. You will take accountability in the absence of the General Manager, coach and mentor the team, and help run both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

The role offers progression into the General Manager in Waiting programme within 12–18 months, with a focus on people development and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• a minimum of eighteen months experience in a customer-facing management role ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
• evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales
• a passion for people including experience of coaching and developing your team
• be fanatical about customer service
• have ambition for success
• be willing to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities
