Flow Sports Personnel Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Deputy Manager to be at the very centre of the customer and team experience. You will take accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager and work toward joining the General Manager in Waiting programme.

The role is varied, with responsibilities ranging from coaching and mentoring the team on shift to ensuring the centre provides a safe, fun environment for customers. You will be hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 18 months experience in a customer-facing management role in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets and driving sales.
• Passion for people with coaching and developing your team.
• Fanatical about customer service.
• Ambition for success.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring the team on shift.
• Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.

• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties.
• Run an exceptional operation front of house.
