PSR Solutions are supporting a reputable care provider in recruiting a Deputy Nursing Home Manager for a well-established residential home in Diss.

You will support the Home Manager, lead the clinical and care teams, drive CQC standards, safeguard best practices, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care and a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is essential.
• Experience as Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a care home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
• Confident leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Salary: £45000 per Annum - Days
