Job summary

REACH LTD in Aylesbury is looking for a Deputy Manager for a learning disability service. You will support the Home Manager in running a small, community-based home, lead staff, and ensure personalised, high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities.

The role requires duty roster involvement, including weekends and evenings, with a probation and a competitive annual salary of £31,231 plus a £500 on-call allowance per annum (pro rata).

Qualifications

• Experience managing a care team in a learning disability setting.
• Experience working in learning disability care is preferred.
• Satisfactory DBS check and references required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager with day-to-day running of the home.
• Provide leadership and development for the staff team.
• Participate in duty rota including weekends and evenings.
• Ensure high quality, personalised care and safe practice.
