You will lead teams to ensure high standards of care and support, helping residents live as independently as possible. Experience in supported living and complex needs is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in supported living for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Progress towards UK CQC Registered Manager status encouraged.
• Strong leadership and financial management awareness.

Responsibilities
