Job summary

Sterling Cross Trading LLP in Gateshead is seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager to oversee a cluster of services for adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will support teams to maintain high care standards while promoting independence for people supported.

Ideal candidates have significant experience in supported living and a willingness to progress toward CQC Registered Manager status; UK Right to Work is required.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health & Social Care or working towards.
• Willing to progress towards CQC Registered Manager status.
• Significant experience working within supported living, particularly learning disability and autism.
• Knowledge of financial management.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; visa sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a cluster of supported living services across Gateshead.
• Lead teams to maintain high standards of care and support.
• Support people to live as independently as possible.
• Work towards achieving CQC Registration for the manager role.
