Depaul Castlehill is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Project Group Manager in delivering compassionate, harm‑reduction focused care to residents across a portfolio. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high quality support, and participate in the on‑call rota to respond to urgent needs.

You will work with a team to provide stability, manage budgets, and liaise with external services to secure resources for residents, reflecting Depaul’s mission to end homelessness.

Formación

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Community, Health or Social Science based subject or completed Depaul Emerging Leaders Course
• At least 2 years’ experience working with marginalised groups, ideally with people who have addictions and/or are homeless
• OR
• At least 2 years providing direct line management support
• and
• At least 2 years’ experience working with marginalised groups, ideally with people who have addictions and/or are homeless

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Group Manager in the efficient and effective management of the assigned portfolio
• Provide care and support to the client group
• Be part of the on‑call rota and contribute to rota planning
