Depaul in Belfast is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Project Group Manager in the efficient day-to-day running of the assigned portfolio within a harm-reduction framework. You will provide care and support to the client group and participate in an on-call rota across sites.

The role requires at least 2 years' experience with marginalised groups or in direct line management, a relevant qualification, and willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Community, Health or Social Science based subject or completed Depaul Emerging Leaders Course
• At least 2 years' experience with marginalised groups, ideally with addictions or homelessness
• At least 2 years providing direct line management support (and) at least 2 years' experience working with marginalised groups

Mansioni

• Support the Project Group Manager in the efficient and effective management of the assigned portfolio
• Provide care and support to the client group
• Be part of an on-call rota and travel to sites as required
