Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd seeks a Deputy Manager for a fast-paced leisure/retail centre in the Cheltenham area. You will coach and mentor staff on shift, run the centre front of house and support back-of-house operations, ensuring safety and high service standards.

You will be responsible for delivering financial targets, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional customer experiences, with a clear path to General Manager within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eighteen months experience in a customer-facing management role ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
• Passion for people including experience of coaching and developing your team.
• Fanatical about customer service.
• Ambition for success.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring the team on shift and ensuring the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
• Hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and run an exceptional operation front of house.
• Deliver financial targets and service standards.
