Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for our client in Yeovil. You will take accountability for the centre in the General Manager’s absence, coach the team, and manage day-to-day operations to deliver excellent service.

You’ll be positioned for the General Manager in Waiting programme within 12–18 months, with ongoing development and a strong focus on financial targets and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eighteen months experience in a customer-facing management role, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
• Passion for people, including experience of coaching and developing your team.
• Fanatical about customer service and ambition for success.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager.
• Coach and mentor the team on shift to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers; hands-on across all areas.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties and run exceptional front-of-house operations.
• Deliver financial targets and service standards; contribute to ongoing training and development.
