Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Deputy Manager for the White Lion, part of Vintage Inns. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, and help deliver a memorable guest experience at the pub. The role focuses on inspiring staff, driving service quality and achieving business targets.

As Deputy Manager at the White Lion, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
