Job summary

The Dukes Head Billericay is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and help lead a busy hospitality site. You will motivate staff, deliver memorable guest experiences, and drive service standards across food and beverage offerings.

• Experience as a manager or deputy manager in a hospitality setting.

As Deputy Manager at the Dukes Head Billericay, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
