Job summary

Golden Retriever at Vintage Inns is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy site and to inspire a team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will train and guide your team to deliver exceptional food, drink and service, act as a role model for development, and help the venue achieve business targets while enjoying extensive employee benefits and strong career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/management role within hospitality.

Job description

As Deputy Manager at the Golden Retriever, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site. You’ll use your experience to inspire team members, and work together to provide guests with an experience they won’t forget.
