Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC’s Gap Inn is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and guest experience. You’ll draw on hospitality leadership to inspire your team and ensure service levels align with brand standards at this busy site.

You’ll train, coach and develop staff, drive guest satisfaction and help toward achieving business targets. The role offers progression opportunities and a range of staff benefits.

• Experience leading and coaching hospitality teams.
• Proven track record delivering high levels of guest service.
• Ability to drive performance and targets in a busy site.
