Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Deputy Manager at The Windmill to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and guest experience at our Premium Country Pubs site in Windlesham.

You will lead and train the team, ensuring exceptional food, drink and service, act as a role model, and help deliver business targets while making every guest feel welcome and valued.
