Windmill is seeking an Assistant Manager to back the General Manager in running the pub and leading a team to success. You’ll mentor staff, drive service excellence and ensure guests enjoy a premium experience in a welcoming environment.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.

• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
